Hello, I am Mike Moshayedi, the CEO and Co-founder of Elite Sales Professionals Inc. (ESP). It is an honor and a pleasure to serve you as a member of the ESP organization. Welcome to our family! As a Persian immigrant, I left Iran to pursue higher education, ultimately earning my diploma, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees in the field of engineering. I first studied at Oxford in the United Kingdom, the University of South Florida, and the University of North Texas here in the United States.
During my time as a graduate student in Texas, I began my engineering career. I later moved to the greater San Francisco Bay Area, where I continued to gain experience in engineering roles within the high-tech industry in Silicon Valley. Over time, I transitioned from engineering positions to roles in project management, operations management, and executive leadership. I was fortunate to have the opportunities to serve in commercial, industrial, and government contract sectors, as well as overseas partnerships for strategic manufacturers. My roles included logistics operations, and later involved corporate mergers and acquisitions. While expanding my wide range of field experience, I also took on a particular interest in real estate investment, ultimately obtaining my California real estate broker’s license which has served me and my family well to this day.
After more than 20 years working with Fortune 500 companies, I decided to pursue entrepreneurial activities. I started my own business and engineering consulting firm, focusing on renewable energy in Europe and South America, as well as commercial real estate acquisition and development. For me, this was the ultimate realization of the American dream—leaving my home country at 19 with one suitcase and $1,000, only to rise to the top in each of my professional pursuits. This journey continued until I tragically lost the love of my life, my beautiful wife, after 36 years of marriage. This was a transformative experience that gave me a new perspective on life. I realized how blessed I had been to enjoy both personal success and a wonderful marriage. Although her passing was painful and unexpected, I am grateful to have my two beautiful daughters by my side who remind me of her every day. In reflecting on the many blessings and successes that I had experienced in my life thus far, losing my wife was the moment I felt it was time to give back to those on their journey and make a positive impact wherever possible.
I am proud to say that making a positive impact on the lives of others is something our family has done well. My wife was a veteran in Special Education and Child Psychologist for over 25 years, serving students with learning disabilities. Our two beautiful daughters have carried the legacy forward and have become highly educated, caring and independent women. My eldest daughter graduated from the University of Southern California with a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership, having served as one of the youngest practicing school Principals in Los Angeles County. She has recently started her own virtual education company, serving students in need nationwide. My younger daughter has followed in her mother’s footsteps, as a teacher serving students with learning disabilities at the early childhood level.
While I enjoyed my engineering and consulting work, I always felt I could do more. I was searching for someone who could complement my abilities, and this led me to meet my great friend and now business partner, Edward Pruse. Edward is more than a colleague or strategic partner—he is family. Together, we co-founded Elite Sales Professionals Inc. After moving from California to Florida, I began to pursue the mission I had envisioned after my wife’s passing. This marked a new chapter and legacy in my life.

I am determined to build a nurturing community where collaboration thrives, and every member feels empowered to succeed.
